Role overview:
We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Senior Technician to join our team. In this role, the position requires technical expertise and collaboration across departments to improve feed quality, efficiency, and innovation to align with RRP Agro Farms' vision for sustainable agricultural growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily farm operations with efficient and sustainable practices.
- Oversee feed production to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Lead R&D teams in innovative feed formulations, raw material selection, and integrating feed additives.
- Develop and manage promotional data for marketing new feed products.
- Supervise technical teams to resolve farm claims and provide expert solutions.
- Utilize production and R&D software and Excel for data analysis and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information.
Educational Qualification
- Degree: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following business areas:
- Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
- Poultry
- Fisheries
- Farming
- Livestock
- Animal/Plant Breeding
- Hatchery
- Dairy
- Agro-based Startup
Age Requirement: At least 23 years
Salary: Negotiable
