Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC) has partnered with ABC Real Estate Ltd, a leading real estate company of the country, to grow its mortgage loan portfolio.
Under the arrangement, the potential apartment buyers of ABC Real Estate will get special offer and exclusive home loan benefits at a competitive rate from AFPLC, a joint venture Finance Company between Bangladesh and Sri Lankan investors, according to a statement.
Kanti Kumar Saha, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Finance and Srabanti Datta, Managing Director of ABC Real Estate signed an MoU on behalf of their respective organizations in a simple function held at its Head Office in Gulshan on Tuesday.
Head of Business, Shahanur Rashid, Shah Md Abu Ruyhun, AVP, Retail Business of Alliance Finance, Mr. Mohammad Zakir Hossain, General Manager, Sales of ABC Real Estate and other executives of both the organizations were present.
