The Council of Advisers led by Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus on Thursday formed a new Pay Commission for employees and officials who are under the National Pay Scale.
Former Finance Secretary Zakir Ahmed Khan will head the Pay Commission, said Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam, UNB reports.
The Pay Commission will submit their report in six months.
