Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor finish shooting of Brahmastra

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra is one of the most awaited movies this year. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the filming of the movie started almost 5 years back. Now, after a long wait, the shooting of Brahmastra Part One: Shiva has finally been wrapped up. The director of the film Ayan Mukerji shared a picture from Varanasi after wrapping up the filming of Brahmastra. 

Alia, who was shooting in Varanasi with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, shared pictures from the shoot. Brahmastra is a perfect formidable venture that started filming in 2018. This can be a delusion trilogy which is able to liberate in numerous languages together with Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The movie is being produced by means of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Ayan wrote, "And finally… It’s a Wrap! 5 years since we took our first shot on Brahmāstra, and we’ve finally filmed our last one! Absolutely incredible, challenging, once-in-a-lifetime journey!!! Some hand of destiny that we finished the shoot of ‘Part One: Shiva’ in Varanasi - a city infused with the spirit of Shiv Bhagwan, and that too at the most sacred Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, allowing us to finish in an atmosphere of purity, joy and blessings Exciting days ahead, last lap ahead ! 09.09.2022 - Here we come!" 

Apart from Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan, Brahmastra also stars Mouni Roy and Dimple Kapadia in key roles. The film also marked the beginning of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's relationship. Brahmastra is their first film together.
