IPL's Royals wear special 'SW23' jersey in memory of Warne

Indian Premier League side Rajasthan Royals paid tribute to the late Shane Warne on Saturday night. In March this year, the cricketing community was left shocked to hear the news of Warne’s untimely death. Warne had breathed his last in Thailand while on a vacation. 

Rajasthan Royals wore special jerseys with the number 23 on the collar during a match against Mumbai Indians. 

A minute's applause was also held prior to the game, while a section of the stadium was also turned into a Warne tribute gallery. 

Warne served as a player-coach for Rajasthan for four seasons, playing 55 games. He played his last match against Mumbai in 2011.

The legendary spinner spent 4 years with Rajasthan, who’ve didn’t raise the IPL title since their fairytale first season which noticed Warne coach and captain the facet.
