Salman Khan nearly killed by sharpshooter

Update : 11 Jun 2022, 13:18

An attempt has been made to kill Bollywood star, Salman Khan.

According to a report by Times Network, Salman Khan was almost killed by a sharpshooter sent by Lawrence Bishnoi.  It is being reported that the suspect had sent a sharpshooter with a small-bore weapon hidden in a modified hockey casing to carry out the assassination of the superstar.

The sharpshooter had done a recon of Salman's house and had discovered that the actor does not take security guards when he goes cycling in the morning. Hence, they had picked the time when he was vulnerable. However, on the D-Day, when they were about to execute their plan, they saw an escort of Mumbai police at his gate as Salman had a public function that day. After which, they had decided to cancel the plan as they feared they would get caught.

A few days ago, it was heard that Salman Khan and his father had received death threats in the letter. Due to this, the security of Bollywood Sultan was also increased.

After the assassination of  Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, a Canada-based gangster, Goldy Brar had confirmed that he was the mind behind it. He had also included the name of the gangster, Lawrence Bishnoi, who was already in prison in Tihar jail.

Lawrence Bishnoi was serving prison in Tihar jail since last year after Delhi police had filed a case of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against him and his other gang members. He had given an open threat to Salman Khan. Now, he is taken under remand and being investigated for the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala.
