Prime Minister Tarique Rahman joined the Revenue Conference 2026 as the chief guest at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre (BCFCC) in the city this morning.
The Internal Resources Division of the Ministry of Finance and the National Board of Revenue (NBR) jointly organized the event.
Boosting revenue collection, making tax administration more effective and mobilizing necessary revenue for the national economy are among the issues to be discussed at the conference.
The event also provides an opportunity for participants to exchange views with the Prime Minister.
Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Prime Minister’s Finance and Planning Adviser Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir also joined the conference.
