Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty winds are likely at one or two places in three divisions of the country in the next 24 hours from 9 am today.
"Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions," said a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) bulletin issued this morning.
The weather may remain mainly dry with a temporarily partly cloudy sky elsewhere across the country.
Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged across the country, the bulletin added.
The highest temperature recorded on Thursday was 35.5 degrees Celsius at Koyra in Khulna division, while the lowest temperature today was 19.1 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
The sun will set at 5:32 pm today and rise at 5:57 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
