BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said no election can be held in the country without a non-party and neutral government.
He came up with the assertion while speaking as the chief guest at the divisional mass rally in Rajshahi on Saturday (December 3).
He also said, "A demonstration is needed for that. The demonstration is not for being prime minister or minister. It will be for ensuring the rights of vote for the people."
