India bags its first Golden Globe for 'Natu Natu' 'Natu Natu'

India bagged its first-ever Golden Globe award for the song "Natu Natu," for 'Best Song in Motion Picture.

RRR is a Telugu film which not only gained tremendous recognition nationally but also internationally. The film earned around INR 1200 crore from all across the globe.

RRR stars Ram Charan, NTR Jr in lead roles along with Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn. 'Naatu Naatu' has been directed and composed by M. M. Keeravani. Fans all over the world are celebrating the big win of RRR. There are multiple hashtags that are trending on Twitter today like Naatu Naatu, RRR, Golden Globe for RRR and others. 

The RRR team announced the great achievement via their official twitter handle. They wrote: “And the Golden Globe Award for the Best Original Song goes to #Natu Natu #GoldenGlobes #GoldenGlobes2023 #RRRMovie.”

After bagging its first Golden Globes Award, team RRR receives congratulatory messages from AR Rahman, Chiranjeevi.

He wrote: “Incredible.. Paradigm shift. Congrats Keeravani Garu from all Indians and your fans! Congrats @ssrajamouli Garu and the whole RRR team!”

The song had a tough competition with four other powerful nominations in the list. Natu Natu fought against Ciao Papa from Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, Rihanna's Lift Me Up from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Taylor Swift's Carolina from Where The Crawdads Sing and Lady Gaga's Hold My Hand from Top Gun: Maverick.
