Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has reportedly purchased a new property for her production house, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. The premium house is located in Bandra West's Pali Hills area in Mumbai, close to the Kapoor bungalow on the same road and costs Rs 37.80 crore, as per reports.
Alia also gifted a Juhu flat to her sister Shaheen with a gift deed the same day. The love and affection for Shaheen is truly heartwarming.
The registration of the apartment which is on the 6th floor of Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill’s Nargis Dutt Road was done in the name of her production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions Pvt Ltd on April 10.
This is the same building where her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, had purchased an apartment for Rs 35 crore in 2016, said a ToI report.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, alongside Ranveer Singh. She will also make her Hollywood debut in The Heart of Stone, co-starring with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. Apart from that, she has Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, in which she co-stars with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
