The road to losing weight is not as easy as it sounds. Dealing with stubborn belly fat can be extremely discouraging. You might try multiple ways to rip off those fat but it still wouldn't work. But you surely can help to trim off your stomach fat faster  while you are asleep with these bedtime drinks mentioned below:

  • Cucumber juice: You can make juice out of fresh cucumber to make a healthy bedtime drink. To make it taste better you can squeeze a lemon and grate ginger in it. Drinking this every night before going to bed will help you to lose weight within a month. Cucumbers are low in calories and are loaded with antioxidants, fiber,minerals and vitamins that work for weight loss.It helps your body to balance it's blood sugar and promotes hydration.

 

  • Cucumber and lemon juice: Lemon works like magic in terms of weight loss. Drinking lemon water provides lots of benefits including losing stomach fat. To make your bedtime drink more tastier and better add cucumber, an orange, honey and water. Studies have found that people who drink lemon juice four times a day helped to reduce their body mass and improved their lipid profile.

 

 

  • Cilantro and cucumber juice: Here's another drink filled with antioxidants that will help flush the toxins and bad fat out of your body. Combine cucumber, a cup of fresh cilantro, lemon and half a glass of water in a blender. Sprinkle the drink with ginger and add a tablespoon of aloe vera juice.   • Apple cider vinegar juice: Apple cider vinegar contains multiple health benefits. It has both antibiotic and antioxidant properties which helps in bacteria causing diarrhea along with weight loss. Mixing two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drinking  regularly before bedtime will give great results to burn your stomach fat.
