Khatija secretly exchanged rings on her birthday on December 29 at a private event. The news of the engagement broke the internet through her own post on social media on Sunday (2nd December).
Khatija wrote on Instagram, 'I am very happy to share with you the news of my engagement with Riyasdin Sheikh Mohammed with the blessings of Almighty.'
