The Meta-owned instant messaging platform, WhatsApp is rolling out animated heart emoji to the iOS beta testers.
WhatsApp tracker, WABetaInfo stated that the platform is rolling out the animation for certain iOS beta testers on the latest 2.22.72 beta update. When you send a single red heart emoji on WhatsApp, it starts pumping.
The update is currently available only for iOS users, but WhatsApp plans to introduce it for Android users as well. To see the animated heart emojis, the recipients must also have the feature enabled on their WhatsApp versions.
As per details, the animated heart emoji will be available in different colours as well. In order to see the animation, the feature must also be enabled for the recipient of the message.
The messaging app has been working on numerous features in recent times to offer a better user experience.
