Like previous years, the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock will sell beef, mutton, milk, eggs, and fish through mobile trucks this Ramadan. Fisheries and Livestock Adviser Farida Akhter provided this information.
She shared the update on Monday after an event at the Agriculture Research Council in Farmgate, Dhaka, while speaking to the media.
The adviser stated, "This Ramadan, beef will be sold at Tk 650 per kg. Initially, the ministry had decided not to sell beef and mutton, but the government has now reversed that decision."
