After completing the sacred Hajj pilgrimage, Bangladeshi pilgrims have begun returning home from Saudi Arabia on return flights.
On the first day after completing the Hajj rituals, 6,175 pilgrims returned to Bangladesh on 15 flights.
These pilgrims arrived in the country on Saturday, May 30. According to information from the Hajj Bulletin, 416 of the returning pilgrims had performed Hajj under the government management scheme.
Meanwhile, on the second day, Sunday, May 31, more than 5,000 additional pilgrims were expected to return home on 14 flights.
Upon arriving in Bangladesh, the pilgrims expressed satisfaction with the Hajj management arrangements at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. According to them, they did not face any significant difficulties while performing Hajj this year.
The pilgrims said that the overall management, including accommodation, meals, transportation, and other services in both Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, was organized and satisfactory.
