The power supply across the country including Dhaka has started to restore after hours of an outage as national grid failed due to the technical glitch on Tuesday (October 4) noon.
The transmission started to restore after the evening. Earlier on the day, national power transmission grid failed at 2:04 and the transmission of electricity was halted in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Cumilla areas.
Engineers of both Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) and Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) worked relentlessly to restore the electricity transmission across the country.
