Drinking excess water can cause death

Water is extremely essential for our body. Water is life. But do you know that drinking too much water can lead to death?

Then the question may come to mind: how much water will be correct to drink and how much it will be extra? This mainly depends on a person's physical condition, age and lifestyle.

Water is very beneficial for our kidneys. The kidneys excrete 1 liter of water per hour. Now, if you drink the excess amount of  water, the kidneys will excrete only 1 liter. The excess water is  going to be causing your damage.

You may also experience hyponatremia if you consume 3 to 4 liters of water in a short period of time. This will reduce the concentration of sodium in the blood. And if the amount of sodium gets too low, there may be bleeding in the brain. This bleeding can lead to coma or even death.

So drink 2-3 liters of water everyday. This will help to keep your body healthy. Do avoid the habit of drinking too much or too little water.
