Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was reportedly rushed to hospital for treatment after being bitten by a snake at his farmhouse.
According to Indian media, the Tiger 3 actor was rushed to a private hospital in Kamothe after he was bitten by a non-venomous snake at his Panvel farmhouse in the wee hours of Sunday. He is out of danger and has been discharged from the hospital after treatment.
The actor was taken to MGM hospital at Kamothe for treatment and he was discharged at 9 am today. The snake bit Salman Khan's hand but he is doing better now. An anti-venom medicine was administered to him and after a few hours of observation the actor was allowed to go home.
Khan, who will turn 56 on December 27, is currently taking rest at his home. It is a tradition of sorts for the actor to celebrate his birthday at his lavish Panvel farmhouse. And in all probability Salman may host a close-knit party tonight. Last year for most part of the lockdown, Salman Khan was stationed at his Panvel farmhouse, which is named after his sister Arpita Khan Sharma. The actor had shared several pictures and videos of him working in the farm and sowing seeds. Salman Khan had also shot for a song with Jacqueline Fernandez at his farmhouse last year.
