Why you should never skip breakfast

Breakfast is titled as  ‘the most important meal of the day’, and it is for good reason. After waking up in the morning, not everyone feels like having breakfast. There are plenty of other tasks to do in the morning.Some are busy at home, some are busy doing other work, and end up skipping their breakfast.  Many people even go out without eating to lose weight. Which is actually very harmful for the body.

If you skip your breakfast in the morning, your weight will not be reduced, infact it may result in increasing. Because if you avoid breakfast, your appetite will increase. Excluding breakfast for a long time can also cause heart damage. Studies have shown that men who skip breakfast have a 27% higher risk of heart disease.
