Education Minister Dipu Moni today announced that in-person classes of secondary schools, colleges, and universities will resume from February 22.
The minister said this in a press briefing at the Secretariat this morning(February 17).
"Students who have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccination and are over the age of 12 can attend classes in person. Other students will take part in online and television classes "she stated.
The primary school will not open now. Elementary teaching will continue through online.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the country's educational institutions have been closed since March 17, 2020.
