Update : 22 Feb 2022, 12:14

Educational institutions that were shut down for one month since January 21 for a sharp rise in COVID-19 transmission resumed in-person classes on today(February22).

The students of secondary and colleges and universities, except primary level, have joined their classes maintaining health protocols.

Only students with two COVID vaccine doses will be allowed in classrooms while the students who did not receive two doses, will have to attend classes online.

But the students and the teachers must have to follow the health guidelines strictly to stem the Covid-19 infection, according to the Education Ministry officials.
