In the busyness of everyday life, it is easy to become caught up in responsibilities, routines, and expectations. Sometimes, what we need most is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
That was the inspiration behind Reset, Realign, Rise, a personal development workshop held on Sunday, Nov 1, 2026, here in Toronto, bringing together individuals for an afternoon of meaningful conversations, reflection, and personal growth.
Facilitated by Jaber Howlader, founder of 3S Coaching & Consulting, the workshop encouraged participants to take a closer look at where they are in life, identify what may be holding them back, and consider how they can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
The session explored three key themes: resetting one's mindset and priorities, realigning actions with personal values and goals, and rising with renewed confidence and purpose.
Through interactive exercises, guided discussions, and individual reflection, participants were given the opportunity to step outside their daily routines and think about the changes they would like to make, both personally and professionally.
More than simply a motivational session, the workshop focused on practical reflection and actionable steps. Participants were encouraged to recognize that meaningful change does not always require dramatic transformations; often, it begins with small, intentional decisions and a willingness to take the first step.
For Jaber, coaching is about creating an environment where individuals can gain perspective, recognize their potential, and develop the tools to move forward.
Through 3S Coaching & Consulting, built on the principles of Service, Systems, and Support, he aims to help individuals and organizations navigate challenges, strengthen their approach, and achieve meaningful progress.
The afternoon concluded with participants taking away fresh perspectives, personal reflections, and a renewed sense of direction.
The message behind the workshop was simple but powerful: growth requires us to be intentional about where we are, honest about where we want to go, and willing to take the steps needed to get there.
Sometimes, the greatest progress begins with three simple actions: Reset. Realign. Rise.
