The strike has called by Alfa-CNG-Easybike Workers and Owners Association in Barisal on November 4 and 5 demanding five points and a ban on the movement of unauthorized three-wheelers on roads and highways.
The strike was announced by Three Wheeler Workers Union's emergency meeting on Sunday night.
Meanwhile, the BNP divisional rally in Barishal city is scheduled to be held on November 5.
