The High Court (HC) on Tuesday (November 29) suspended the temporary ban on GM Quader to perform his activities of the Jatiya Party till January 3 next year.
The HC bench of Justice Sheikh Abdul Awal stayed the order of a lower court till January 3, 2023.
GM Quader's lawyer Sheikh Muhammed Serajul Islam confirmed the matter to the media. The restriction on taking any party decision goes with the new decision of the court.
