External Affairs Minister of India Dr S Jaishankar said if there is one border and one region, which has dramatically improved in the last decade it is actually eastern and north-eastern India. And the reason for that is because we have actually vastly improved our relationship with Bangladesh.
He made the remarks about India's relationship with Bangladesh while addressing Indian Diaspora in Vienna, Austria on Sunday (January 1).
He also said, “We have settled down land boundary agreement with that country. And really, that is an example where successful diplomacy has directly contributed.”
