Prime Minister and also the President of Awami League (AL) Sheikh Hasina has sought vote for boat symbol from the mass people in Rajshahi. She urged the people of Rajshahi to cast their vote for boat in the next general election of the country.
The prime minister also said, "Awami League kept its promise. Our government worked for the development of the country. People can live in the country peacefully during the tenure of Awami League. On teh other hand, BNP never thought for the betterment of the people and country. BNP believes in militancy, looting and other wrongdoings."
Sheikh Hasina made the remarks while speaking while addressing a public rally at Madrasa Maidan in Rajshahi on Sunday (January 29).
Highlighting the development of the incumbent government, she said, "We ensured free Covid test and vaccines for all. We have also given TCB cards to around 10 million people. We have been working for the people."
She also said, "Awami League never escapes. Awami League works for the mass people."
"None of our country will remain homeless. We (Awami League) have been working to ensure food and other basic needs," she added.
