The college students were killed after an unknown vehicle crashed their motorbike at Tarash upazila in Sirajganj district on Monday morning.
Two of the deceased were identified as Alamgir Hossain, 22, son of Barek Sarker of Belkuchi upazila; and Sujon, 21, son of Helal Uddin of Rajshahi's Puthiya upazila. The other could not be identified immediately.
All the three were the students of Natore City College and they met the tragic end of their lives while going to college.
According to Badrul Kabir, chief of Hatikumrul Highway Police Station, "the accident occurred at 6:30 am on Monday near a petrol pump in Mannannagar on the Hatikumrul-Banpara Highway."
"The students died on the scene," added OC Badrul Kabir.
