Earthquake hits Afghanistan, India and Pakistan

Mild earthquake tremors were felt in Fayzabad, Afghanistan on Sunday morning, as per European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The epicenter of the earthquake is said to be the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, where the intensity was recorded at 5.2.

Earthquake tremors were also felt at around 11:23 AM in parts of Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu earlier today. People in Jalandhar came out of their houses. 

Tremors of the quake were also felt in several Pakistani cities including parts of Islamabad, Peshawar, Swat, Haripur, Malakand, Abbottabad Batgram, Texlia, Pind Dadan Khan, and the region of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

No loss of life or property has been reported so far.
