There’s no doubt that we all want glowing skin, but achieving that lustrous glow can be tricky. Whether you’re 20 or 60, a healthy complexion is always in style, and our skincare experts are here to help you get the radiant look you’ve always wanted. Boosting your skin’s glow requires effort and an excellent skincare routine.

Glowing skin isn't just about the products you use. What’s even more important is looking after your skin from the inside out. Here are some simple ways to get clear, glowy skin at home.

Stay hydrated
No matter what skincare you use, if you don’t stay hydrated your skin won’t look hydrated and glowing. Women should aim to drink 8 glasees of water per day. Remember this quantity includes the water within your food, too.

Turmeric

Turmeric acts as an antioxidant that can make your skin look vibrant and healthy. It makes exfoliation of the worn-out skin tissues easily and prevents inflammation afterwards. This will make your skin look like a sheet of glass with a glossy youthful texture known as glass skin.

Papaya
The Papain enzyme from the papaya seeds removes the dullness from the skin and gives a long-lasting glow. The outer skin of papaya can be applied on the face as a mashed pulp and then washed gently.

Yogurt

Yogurt contains lactic acid, an AHA. Lactic acid helps to dissolve the dead skin cells and other impurities that accumulate on the top layer of the skin and make skin dry and rough. Yogurt provides excellent exfoliation and helps in closing the large pores, which in turn makes the skin smooth and glowing.

It can reduce melanin production in our skin. Melanin is the natural pigment that determines our skin color. High amount of melanin makes skin look dark. There’s an enzyme known as tyrosinase enzyme, which directly influences the melanin production. Yogurt can inhibit the production of tyrosinase enzyme and controls melanin production. The antioxidant benefits of yogurt protects skin cells from damage by free radicals.

Coconut oil

Choosing a natural facial oil is a great way to moisturize your skin and achieve a healthy glow. It can be used on the face and the body and is very helpful for hair treatment. Coconut oil can be applied to your dry parts of the body and your hair before a shower. The oil extracts and the coconut itself can be used in your diet. Regular use of coconut oil can keep your dry parts of the body smooth and you will surely be appreciated for your beautiful skin.

A proper diet

A proper diet along with proper sleep can be a very helpful factor for clear and glowing skin. The diet consists of a lot of vegetables and rice that contains a lot of spices. Green tea is a popular evening drink that acts as an antioxidant and clears your skin and makes it more vibrant.
