Preliminary research from the Scientific Session of the American Heart Association says that eating raw chillies everyday is very good for health. The study was conducted on about 5 lakh 70 people from America, China, Italy and Iran. Researchers have examined their health and eating habits or what is known as diet. The study found that those who ate green chillies daily had a 26 percent lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease. The risk of getting cancer has decreased by 23 percent.And other dread diseases that can kill people are 25 percent less likely to be infected.

In addition, pepper has a role in reducing triglyceride levels, fat deposits in arteries, and the tendency to stroke. Chili reduces the risk of prostate cancer. It contains a type of antioxidant that protects our body from free radicals. This reduces the risk of cancer. Raw chillies naturally control the amount of insulin.So you can simply start eating it regularly to reduce the risk of diabetes. Rusty iron also helps to prevent anemia.
However, it is not suggested to consume an excess amount of raw chillies. Take care of the amount you are intaking everyday. Otherwise, this can lead to inflammation of the stomach and irritable bowel syndrome. Excess spiciness can lead to damaging your esophagus.
