Many people exercise regularly to stay physically and mentally fit. But when it comes to girls, they remain on their period for 3 to 5 or even for 7 days. Now, the question remains, is it possible to exercise at this time? According to experts, women can exercise as much as they can at thst time of the month.

Body temperature stays low during the menstrual cycle. During this time the body can tolerate more heat and a humid environment. The central nervous system does not get tired very easily. During periods the levels of ‘estrogen’ and ‘progesterone’ in the body decrease. This makes the body more functional. So, it’s much easier to exercise at this time. There are several benefits of exercising during this time. For example:

Women face many physical complications during the menstrual cycle. But they can get a lot of relief by exercising at this time. At this time, some water accumulates in the body. So, the body becomes a little swollen. Therefore, if women exercise, the accumulation or swelling of water in the body decreases. Which helps them keep all sorts of pain and discomfort away.

That’s why, it is very crucial for women to do exercise during the menstrual cycle if possible.
